Thai Peanut Baby Bok Choy

  1. For sauce: in a small mixing bowl combine peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and slowly add water until sauce consistency is reached.
  2. Heat BBQ to high heat. Cut Boskovich Farms Baby Boy Choy in half length ways. Rub with seasame oil on both sides. Place cut side down on high heat and grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Drizzle with peanut sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
